Rhinolite

Rhinolite is a special type of lightweight plaster used to coat over brick, concrete or Gyproc RhinoBoard® often used as a base layer or smooth finishing layer during construction. Rhinolite dries slowly allowing for it to be spread over a larger area for a smoother finish, perfect for painting and decorating as it creates a smooth finishing layer.
Rhinolite provides smooth aesthetics and a seamless finish ridding your home of bumpy concrete walls turning your walls and ceilings into a canvas ready for a work of art. Rhinolite, like most plaster, is usually the final layer that helps to strengthen and protect the walls increasing their durability and rounding off hard edges for a rounder and more aesthetic corner.
While most plaster requires a basecoat and then a separate finishing coat Rhinolite acts as both ensuring its two-in-one affect is long lasting and durable to keep your walls and ceilings looking smooth and sleek. Rhinolite is also Lightweight and easy to use, compatible with most surfaces such as brick, gypsum board and concrete structures.
Waterproofing
We use and are approved Paintcor waterproofers, our waterproofing products are a highly developed acrylic waterproofing with high expansion and shrinkage rates for the severe South African climate. We use a stichbond, acid resistant membrane which requires multiple layers to be applied. We offer an extensive warrantee on our waterproofing.
